The Mime | Short Horror Film | Audio Re-imagining

As per the title, this short clip is from a film called “The Mime” that I found on YouTube. It was my first attempt at doing something like this and I hope to gain more experience doing it. I basically took the video from YouTube, then I watched the first minute or so with no sound whatsoever. I made sure to limit my exposure to the original sound design so I could create something completely original. I did have to listen to it with sound once to get the dialogue right, but then I just watched it while composing ideas after that. Check it out here:

If anybody’s interested in getting a full run-down on how I did this, or if you’d like to work with me on your own projects, you can contact me.

Sax-Flyer – Jingle Bells (ft. Sax FiRe)

This was a fun distance-collaboration with a former student and his parents on vocals and alto sax. If you’re here from Mrs. G’s Facebook post, this is a remastered take on the one she posted 😀 Mixed & mastered by me, also me on the flute, clarinet, and soprano sax. https://soundcloud.com/sax-flyer/jingle-bells-ft-sax-fire
